Job Description:We are looking for a Compliance Sales Associate to drive sales and business development for our compliance solutions, including DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection and regulatory compliance products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for compliance-related services and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose relevant compliance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, marketing, and technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes in data protection laws and compliance requirements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain sales reports and track pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or compliance consulting.
• Knowledge of DPDP, GDPR or other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in SaaS, legal tech, or compliance solutions is a plus.
