HR & Marketing Executive

Team: Management

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
  • Develop attractive job descriptions and recruitment marketing material.
  • Maintain HR records and support employee engagement activities.
Marketing Support (Secondary):
  • Create impactful PPT presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing marketing collaterals, digital content, and event coordination.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) skills – ability to design and deliver high-quality, engaging presentations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / employer branding will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
